This store is my absolute go to for Warhammer be it painting, playing or getting a new model! The man, the myth, the legend behind the counter Brent is as cool as cool gets. Always helpful and is easy to talk to!

The manager Brent is kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The location is clean, and friendly. My only complaint is that the store is closed, and relying on one employee. It would be nice if there was a part-time employee to assist, and allow the store to be open Mondays and Thursdays, as well as when Brent is sick, on vacation, at trainings,or in meetings.

In the world of online purchasing, we tend to forget what an incredible experience it is to have live one on one with staff that know their product, and are ready to help you. Had a great time talking to Brent and the rest of the team, they were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, took care of my order, gave me a heads up about advance, order opportunities, and filled me in on classes that they had on painting as well as gaming.
