You have might have heard tell of The Wizard’s Chest. If so, you know that it is a great place to get a Halloween costume – and you would be correct. What you might not know, however, is all sorts of the wonderful delights held inside The Wizard’s Chest. This one-of-its-kind, family-owned store contains magical treasures for everyone! Originally opened in 1983, the store would grow to become much more than just a local toy store. Now it is an 16,000 square feet whimsical, colorful escape from the drab bleakness of daily shopping drudgery. Through the main gates, visitors are met by a metal wizard at the main entrance and thus begins your magical experience at The Castle.

First time visiting and oh my, I could spend hours looking at everything and going through the great games. GreatMagic the gathering selection, D&D items, miniatures, So many board games to check out. Lots of cool collectibles and knick knacks. I liked that there were lots of staff you could ask questions. I think my favorite part was seeing that they carried costumes that incorporated wheelchairs for those that need those types of things. I love that the "nerd store" community is so inclusive! Great store, will definitely be back.

A great place for gamers and cosplayers alike! I was helped by Kane in the board game and TCG department and he gave me great board game suggestions for my boys. The prices are reasonable and I did not feel like my time was wasted when trading in some MTG singles. My only gripe is their pack limits, but I completely understand the need for them. I will definitely visit again when I am back in town with my boys!

This is a awesome store for any D&D, or puzzle lovers! My son is totally into D&D and loves this place. I also appreciate the friendly and helpful staff that's willing to help a kid out and be patient with him. They also have an entire section for puzzles suited for 3yr old to 10k pieces advanced puzzles. Definitely recommend this place to any board game enthusits.
